In accordance with UK law, customers have the right to request a return of an item within seven working days from the day following the date of delivery.

 

If you choose to exercise this right within the seven-day cooling-off period and no error has occurred on our part, we will refund both the cost of the item and the initial shipping charges. However, please note that the cost of returning the item will not be covered by us. Kindly inform us prior to returning the item(s).

 

To qualify for a refund, it is essential to return the item in the same condition as received. We regret that we are unable to refund costs for items returned in a damaged condition due to customer mishandling.
